Hope is our greatest source of empowerment and most effective tool for change. It is one of the guiding principles at St. Hope Foundation, and it has been an honor to serve as a clinical case manager for an innovative agency. As a licensed clinical social worker at St. Hope, I have been afforded the opportunity to provide therapy and actively engage with clients. I believe that therapy can help a person solve important issues and can substantially reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression.

As a licensed clinical social worker, mental health and wellness are quintessential in being able to discover the authentic self, and then mend the brokenness that the client is going through. I have experience working in a clinical setting, as well as in the community, with a broad range of client needs. I also have experience working with clients from all facets of life.

It is my mission to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to feel comfortable, as I personally understand the decision to enter counseling can be challenging. I view one of the most critical components of my role is to serve as a source of support for clients, thus increasing their social capital. It is imperative for individuals to have non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate source to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise in life. I enjoy helping clients develop healthy coping strategies and prosocial skills to maximize their quality of life. I value development; therefore, I meet each client where they are and allow them to be actively involved in their therapeutic process. Counseling is a personal experience and finding the right person with whom one can connect with is important.

My therapeutic approach is direct and active, promoting clarity, healing, encouragement, as well as change. I possess experience working with clients diagnosed with diverse mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, mood disorders, etc. Additionally, through my experience, I have developed an integrative approach to therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based stress reduction, eidetic image therapy, and others.

I have a strong passion for helping others and believe in holding onto the hope of identifying solutions to life’s challenges.

Together, we build a trusting and collaborative relationship that fosters your emotions, thoughts, and behavior without judgment.
