What inspired you to become a Nurse Practitioner?
I have known since I was a child that I wanted to work in the field of medicine.
What is your philosophy on patient care?
I treat each patient as if they were my own family member demonstrating “empathy, compassion, education and listening to what the patient says.” I draw on my own personal life experiences as well as being a stepmother to an autistic teenager.
