Questions & Answers

What inspired you to become a Pediatrician?

I have always loved kids but fell in love with Pediatrics while interacting with my childhood physician, who happened to be one of my role models. Children are honest and learn by example. As a pediatrician, I have the opportunity to contribute positively to future generations as well as be a positive role model.

What is your philosophy on patient care?

I aim to provide compassionate care, while involving patients/families in their management plans, in order to improve compliance rates.

What brought you to St. Hope?

Improved access to healthcare is crucial in addressing healthcare disparities, which is one of the goals of an FQHC. The comprehensive medical services offered by St Hope  Foundation makes it more convenient for families to address most of their medical needs in one setting. I joined St Hope Foundation because it gives me the opportunity to provide patient centered care to children of all ages, races, and socioeconomic status; thereby helping to bridge the healthcare gaps.
