July 4th is around the corner! Cool off with this refreshing salsa that can be eaten by itself or topped on chicken or other proteins.
½ cup sliced strawberries
½ cup diced ripe avocados
2 Tbsp minced seeded jalapeños
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
¼ tsp kosher salt
Combine strawberries, avocado, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice and salt in a bowl. Toss and serve!
