What inspired you to become a dentist?
The fact that I had been in the dental field for so many years prior to becoming a dentist gave me a firsthand experience how much good dentistry could do in people’s lives. Providing a person relief from pain, improving their smile, increasing their self-esteem and adding health to their bodies, these to me are priceless.
What is your philosophy on patient care?
I believe our oral health is intimately linked to our general health. As a dentist, it is my duty to provide high quality evidence-based dentistry, as well as, promoting good oral habits therefore improving my patients’ overall health.
What brought you to St. Hope?
Having worked previously for about fifteen years in a health center similar to St. Hope in New York City I was missing the diversity of this environment. I derive a lot of satisfaction from helping my patients improve and maintain their oral health without too many financial constraints and St. Hope can help me do that.
