Christmas is a day when the focus is primarily on food, family and friends. It is a time when Americans feel the urge and allow themselves to indulge in their favorite holiday goodies. If you want to indulge be ready to pay the price at the gym.
Below is a list of some of our favorite Christmas meal items and if eaten how many miles you would need to walk to burn off those food’s calories. You may want to think about this before indulging this Christmas!
