It’s important to keep track of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Knowing this information is good for a few reasons. First it will be easier on your wallet. Buying seasonal fruits and vegetables usually means the store will have more of the produce in stock and thereby, reducing the price onto the consumer. Another benefit is the taste! Seasonal fruits and vegetables mean they are at their best for quality and taste. Enjoy the fruits and vegetables of the summer!
